Open Box Plan

We provide an open box for those who is to combine purchases from IG live sessions or/and from Crytalistix website

Open box will be valid for a month or 30 days from first invoice.

   

 

 

 

 

Services 

1. Resizing for bracelets  +$4 (per bracelet)
2. Complementary resizing for bracelets above $100
3. Complementary restring for any add on charms purchased on the same shipment
4. Complementary polishing cloth for S925 items

Shipping 

1. Complementary local shipping for purchases above $120 SGD nett
2. Tracked shipping $5.50 per box, per unique address only 
3. Couriers via Easyparcel subjected to partners under the panel of Easyparcel
4. SMS/ Email (optional) tracking avaliable upon completion of transaction
5. Other arrangement for delivery at the descrestion of Crystalistix

We only accept E-payments under the platform as per below:

3. PayLah
